Even better, the Drainage Services has said it would consider finding a less intrusive and more sustainable material in future for demarcating project boundaries!

Join me in lobbying the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) to get rid of the orange plastic netting draped across the paddies at Luk Tei Tong — and require the drainage contractors to clear up their lap sap which they tend to dump at random.
