Now even the Post Office is disregarding the Emergency Vehicle Access Road rules.

When asked, the two Post Office employees said they were "exploring". They said they had permission to use the EVA from the chap chap who mans the entrance to the EVA -- but not from the Post Office. They begged the photographer not to report them to the Post Office.
